I've been trying to get a painterly style with photoshop, the big question is HOW? some brushes work, some don't. I guess I'll keep playing with it and see what I can do with this sketch....
Definitely nothing beats real paints...
By the way.. I love the super dynamic line of action of matadors!

you should put it up on the other blog too... i like the style, i really show the dynamics.. the only thing i would have done different is the pose of the bull, because is should still be running or if it is stopping then make it stopping cus it looks like the bull is just standing there. it really is nice.

very nice! Check out a program called art rage. It simulates different paint mediums. like oil or watercolour. Its how the layouts are done on spongebob squarepants!
